So going off quality of service from both the front desk and quality of work done, 5 stars. Great communication and follow through. Shop is very clean which is always a good sign. Pricing for service I had done was fair. Flexible when I had to drop my car off later, still did same day service. They give you a bag of candy when you pick up your car. Knocked off a star because their inspection with my oil change had upsells and services clearly not needed. They recommended changing CVT fluid every 30k miles, which isn't even close to the service manual. They also recommended things like alignment and cabin air filter which I had just had done. I'm sure those last two are just based on mileage. But make sure you know what service you've had done recently AND what the manufacturer recommends before you go in there.

Everyone, from the scheduler at the front desk to the mechanics to the supervisor, were outstanding! We took our 12 year-old, 165,000 mile Honda CRV, which had been in storage for over 10 months, for an overall check. There multi point inspection, was spot on. The suggested repairs were performed in an extraordinarily short period of time. Because we only have the one vehicle, they even offered us a loaner car for the two days they had the car…their prices were reasonable, too! I cannot give enough kudos to all at Olmsted Auto Care!

I usually go to the dealership, and decided to try something closer, and I was blown away. From scheduling, to pickup the process was seamless. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. They suggested some maintenance items and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured to do anything additional. And, I got in my car to find a little bag of candy! It may seem silly but that made my day. I will continue to go here and I feel I can trust them with all of my car needs. Thank you for being so awesome.

I'm very impressed with Olmsted Auto Care. Very courteous employee experience from my first phone call to the completion of my brake job. They did a thorough inspection of my car, but did not pressure me at all about doing more than my brakes that day. I appreciate the education about what my car will be needing. They even accommodated me dropping my car off early so I could get to work on time. A loaner car was a huge bonus so I didn't have to figure out how to get to work and how to get back! I definitely recommend them.

The friendly staff was very welcoming and inviting. In the short time I was there I lost count of how many times people went out of their way to be helpful. They offer the ability of a loaner car that they dont charge you for if your car is being worked on. Loaner cars range from used vehicles to newer cars. All you need is your insurance and driver's license, as with all car rentals make sure you bring it back with gas filled up that you used. They keep you informed on status of whats going on.

Service was good but many additional costs are suggested that seem overpriced. I usually receive great customer support and appreciate the rental vehicles here. I felt like it was more difficult this time to request a rental vehicle and plan on your car taking all day. I called ahead about needing a large enough car to transport kids and when I came in, the vehicle was already given out to another customer ahead of me. One lady at the front desk was very helpful but the younger lady was more difficult to deal with. I do appreciate that Olmsted Auto strives for strong customer service.

I finally found the best reliable mechanics at Olmsted Auto. Great service on all the mechanical issues with my car, one being the control arms and bushings. North Olmsted Auto Care provides great service at reasonable prices! In addition to providing an alignment with quick turnaround, They provided a full diagnostic inspection with photos to show me everything else my car might need. With this information and the fair price estimates they gave me, I decided to get most of this work done and I am very pleased with the results. They also provided me with a convenient loner car. I've taken my car there twice now, both times I've had bad experiences. First time it might've been excusable. This time they wanted to charge me $1408 to replace and intermediate shaft, I called the Ford dealership with my own part and in total it cost me less than $600. The place has loaner cars and a good inspection, but I would highly recommend shopping around before taking your vehicle here.
